Description

My inner librarian at work. Its hard to keep some type of order on that messy head of mine ^^

I had an urge to picture my vision of a fantasy librarian. =3 Big books on big shelfs in some big 'n dark old place, keeping all the wisdom on yellow pages... What secrets they can hide ^^

I have a very short memory, so I've always loved books =D They dont forget!

... my inner geek is now happy, after this pic... had fun ^^ Thanks to Prodigy and their album "The Fat of The Land"!

This is another one of those pictures that has impressed me thoroughly
But me - being an anti-social prick at the time, never got around to

First off - it is awesome you made a lot of this while listening to Fat of the Land by Prodigy
I love the band
And was introduced to it by the movie Event Horizon
I still listen to "Funky Shit" when I need to get things done

The concept of the picture, pretty simple but the execution is far from it
The amount of detail is best described as astonishing
I could sit here and explain why the lighting and texture of every object brings me immense joy
But that is a novel for another time in the distant future
I will say that your attention to detail surpasses most and it adds literally a 100% more to each picture
You also did well with the outfit design itself
The colours do not clash and in fact, work very well for each other
The design just seems to work
It feels like a mix of fantasy and some east Indian wardrobe
I will say the feature piece and primary character of this image, the librarian is ambiguously foreign - possibly gypsy
And it really just works with the set up of the environment and clothing
But it does not distract from the rest

It is also safe to say that you draw the folds and creases in clothing better than reality itself
